The RC-XD makes its return from the original Call of Duty: Black Ops and is the lowest Score Streak reward available to player. RC-XD stands for Remote-Controlled Explosive Device.
When deploying the RC-XD, players get control of a small, remote controlled car that has explosives strapped to it, hence the name. The RC-XD was previously available at 3 kills, so 325 points appears to be the Black Ops 2 equivalent.
The RC-XD has reasonable splash damage, making multi-kills possible if the targets are within close enough proximity to each other.

Posted 1/9/2013 4:01:05 AMI was just kidding, because Halo 4 is such a direct competitor it didn't really make sense to name the score streak after a well known vehicle from the opposing franchise. Guess it only made sense to me haha. Thanks for the info, though, I didn't know about the actual aircraft.
