Haven't played through the first Borderlands game yet? Shame on you! But you can soon rectify that decision by playing the game for free this weekend on Steam.
Starting today and running through Sunday, July 29th at 1:00PM PDT, Borderlands: Game of the Year Edition is completely free to play in its entirety.
The Game of the Year Edition comes with the full core game of Borderlands, but also includes four full DLC add-ons, including:
- Borderlands: The Zombie Island of Dr. Ned
- Borderlands: Mad Moxxi's Underdome Riot
- Borderlands: The Secret Armory of General Knoxx
- Borderlands: Claptrap's Robot Revolution
Hit Steam this weekend to play through the game that took the FPS scene by storm in 2009, and that would eventually spawn a sequel in Borderlands 2.
