Well, that didn't take too long. Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 has risen straight to the top of the Xbox Live most-played list, according to Major Nelson. The game surpasses Xbox 360-exclusive Halo 4 for the crown, proving once again how dominate a franchise Call of Duty really is.
With Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 reaching the top of the list, Activision now has four Call of Duty titles in the top 10 most-played games on Xbox Live. Modern Warfare 3 is currently sitting at #4, Call of Duty: Black Ops resides at #6 and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 comes in at #9. Activision has also enjoyed very long-term success with Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare and Call of Duty: World at War.
