After two consecutive defeats to Impact and TCM, Curse.Eu headed into their fourth and final match of the day with nothing but a win required. Defeat would result in a small, round-robin face-off between them, aAa and EnvyUs to decide who would be going home early - a series of events Curse hoped to avoid.
After a valiant effort that lead to a loss against IcoNs.Impact, Curse.Eu headed into their third game of the day against another titan of Bravo Group: TCM.
TCM entered the match-up 2-0 in the group, with prior victories over Against All Authority and EnvyUs. There was no doubt that the team was bursting with confidence, and such confidence was clearly visible when map one, Yemen Hardpoint, kicked off.
Gfinity has kicked off today in emphatic style! None other than our own Curse.Eu were given the honour of starting off the Bravo stream at the event, and boy did they treat viewers to a real early morning spectacle!
Day one of Gfinity was expected to hold a series of surprises, but nobody could have predicted Curse.Eu's absolute dominance over team EnvyUs.
Curse headed into the matchup as serious underdogs, with many onlookers expecting EnvyUs to exert their superiority and take the series 3-0. However, like our Curse.Na team at Anaheim, Curse.Eu showed outstanding resilience and a strong passion to win; which catapulted them to a 3-1 series win.
Typically, after an MLG event Call of Duty eSports fans are given a chance to catch their breath for a few months before the next major LAN event. With Black Ops 2’s resounding success in the eSports arena, investors and tournament organizers alike are wasting no time in ensuring that there’s a series of LAN events almost every month.
As with any great Black Ops Zombies experience, there's a hell of a lot more to do than just kill a bunch of zombies. The level of strategy that players must take into account these days can be the difference between going 5 measly rounds or living to see double digit rounds.
That being said, you're going to need some help and free perks is always a great way to make that happen. Check out the video above, courtesy of Matroix on YouTube, and get yourself ready for Buried!
A reminder: Buried is a part of the Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 Vengeance map pack which is out now on Xbox Live.
Today, we're happy to bring you some brand new gameplay footage from the upcoming Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 Vengeance DLC! These gameplay videos are coming to us courtesy of the good people at Evil Source Gaming, who were lucky enough to get their hands on the content ahead of the masses.

Last night hosted the grand finals of MLG Anaheim; which MLG confirmed today as the largest MLG event yet!
After three gruesome days of grinding it out through a stacked championship bracket, team CompLexity overthrew the dominant Impact lineup to be crowned the Call of Duty Black Ops 2 champions. With a 3-1 start in the best of 11 series due to continuation rules, CompLexity entered the match as strong favourites; especially after beating Impact only an hour or so before the teams met in the grand final.
After cruising through their first matchup against Dare Pro last night, the Curse.NA team headed into day two of MLG: Anaheim with a guaranteed top 12 placement.
Most of the day, the squad played the waiting game while various other teams battled it out, and by 3.30pm it was confirmed that the squad would face vVv Gaming; who dominated European outfit Prophecy in a smooth 3-0 victory. With vVv hot off a win, many expected them to keep-up their form and push Curse down to the losers bracket, but our boys weren't going down without a fight!
MLG Anaheim is upon us this weekend, and our own team Curse.NA will be there to light up the competition in what is poised to be one of the biggest Call of Duty events to date. Heading into the event, the tension is palpable for all, and we've managed to snag and interview with the Great Twizzini himself on how Curse.NA have been preparing for the event after a series of changes in the team since the last time we saw them.
