The island's inhabitants in Far Cry 3 are anything but sane, and perhaps the most 'anything but sane' of them is Vaas Wahine - the mohawked gentleman seen in previous Far Cry 3 trailers.
Earlier this morning, Ubisoft unveiled the Insane Edition of Far Cry 3, for folks who prefer to spend a little extra money on their favorite games to get the most out of their experience. Rather than a plain old press release, Ubisoft has gone the extra mile to design a trailer exclusively for the Insane Edition, starring none other than Vaas himself. While the trailer primarily focuses on the Vaas bobblehead that comes with the Insane Edition, that isn't all you get in that bundle.
The full Insane Edition includes...
- A 12cm Vaas Wahine with bobble head!
- Monkey Business – Discover Hurk, a new memorable character and quest giver, and his four unique missions (1 hour additional gameplay)
- The Lost Expeditions -Two suspenseful action packed missions totaling over 40 minutes of additional gameplay and an exclusive weapon (The Japanese gun)
- The Hunter Pack – The M700 hunting rifle and its three collector’s skins.
- The Warrior Pack – A handcrafted dagger and two exclusive tribal tattoos.
- The Predator Pack – Four exclusive rare predators and a multiplayer bow.
- An ‘Insanity Guide’ containing hints and tips to help you survive the island
As of the time of this post, Ubisoft has not confirmed that the Insane Edition of Far Cry 3 will indeed be heading to North America - for now, it has only been confirmed for the United Kingdom. We'll update when we learn more!
