It's pretty much an unwritten rule that if you're doing a video game with epic air combat, you must - at some point - make use of Richard Wagner's classic Ride of the Valkyries, paying homage to Apocalypse Now. Not that it's a bad thing, of course, as is clearly evidenced in the trailer above.
The trailer, released earlier today, and it pretty much took the excitement level for PlanetSide 2 to a whole new level. Check out the trailer above to get a small taste of the epic, grand scale air battles that players will be able to enjoy when PlanetSide 2 to finally, finally makes its debut.
