Earlier this month, the very first PlanetSide celebrated its 9th anniversary and to mark the occasion, Sony Online Entertainment has released some screenshots comparing PlanetSide 2 and PlanetSide side-by-side.
It's a little unfair, really, as PlanetSide was released 9 years ago, but it's amazing to see the level of texture detail that SOE has been able to put into PlanetSide 2 thanks to modern technology and a dedicated team of designers and developers. Check out the side-by-side gallery below...
