Activision and Terminal Reality have announced that their upcoming first-person shooter, The Walking Dead: Survival Instinct, will be releasing on March 29th, 2013 on PlayStation, PC, Xbox 360 and, surprisingly, Wii U. Anyone can announce a game's release date, but how many of those games are announced by Daryl Dixon and his brother Merle?
Norman Reedus and Michael Rooker, two of the stars of AMC's The Walking Dead, have already signed on to be a part of Terminal Reality's upcoming shooter, doing the voice work for their respective characters, and now they're even doing trailers! By our count, there is roughly 0:00 seconds of in-game footage in the trailer, but if Daryl Dixon tells you that his game is coming out on March 29th, you listen to him.
The Walking Dead: Survival Instinct will follow the story of the aforementioned Dixon brothers, as they make their way to the fabled safety of Atlanta as the world around them is consumed by death and chaos.
