Renaissance Heroes is a free to play shooter that is set in the 16th century. Based during the Renaissance era, the game features fast-paced, fun FPS gameplay.
The overarching story in Renaissance Heroes is pretty interesting. Essentially, back in the 16th century, Leonardo da Vinci built a device that was purported to allow a man to travel anywhere through time and space. This device, known as The Machine, didn't work as da Vinci intended and the poisonous fumes from the Machine's failure ultimately resulted in da Vinci's death. After his death, the blueprints for his machine were taken and it's up to the player to hunt for them and get them back...
