Titan Books has grabbed up worldwide rights to publish an artbook based on the art in 343 Industries' Halo 4. The book is set to be published in November of this year, the same month that Halo 4 itself will ship.
Awakening: The Art of Halo 4 isn't actually Titan Books' first foray into a book of Halo artwork - the team is also responsible for last year's 10th anniversary art book, Halo - The Great Journey: The Art of Building Worlds. That book collected artwork from the original Halo: Combat Evolved all the way up through Halo: Reach, cataloging ten years of Halo games. Where The Great Journey focused on multiple titles, Awakening will focus exclusively on Halo 4.
Titan Books is going to be working closely with 343 Industries and Microsoft to ensure the highest quality possible for the hardback art book. In addition to the artwork itself, Awakening will feature commentary from the creative team at 343 Industries - the group who designed the artwork to begin with.
